Multiple Hard Rock Cafe Locations to Close, Resulting in Job Losses.
The Hard Rock Cafe in Denver, the only location in Colorado, will be closing its doors on July 29 after more than two decades of operation. The closure will result in 54 employees being laid off. The closest Hard Rock Cafe will now be in Las Vegas, which is about 10 hours away by car. The closure comes amid ongoing construction on the 16th Street Mall and a rise in crime and homelessness in the area.
