The world's only 12-rotor engine, built by Tyson Garvin of Apex Manufacturing and Design, has been showcased by YouTuber Rob Dahm. The 15.7-liter engine is capable of hitting 10,000 rpm and producing up to 800 pound-feet of torque at 2,000 rpm, with a potential power output of 1,400 horsepower. While the engine was initially designed for speed boat racing, its dimensions and bolt pattern are compatible with Chevy's big block engines, allowing for various swap opportunities. However, Dahm highlights several challenges and design flaws in the engine.
