"Norwegian Dawn Quarantine: Cholera Scare Leaves Thousands Stranded"

A Norwegian Cruise Line ship, the Norwegian Dawn, was quarantined off the coast of Mauritius due to fears of a cholera outbreak after 15 passengers showed symptoms of a stomach-related illness. However, test results later revealed that the illness was gastroenteritis, not cholera, and the passengers have fully recovered. The ship was eventually allowed to dock at the port, carrying over 2,000 passengers and crew members on a 12-night voyage from Cape Town, South Africa.
