Ireland Offers Generous Grants for Relocation to Rural Areas and Islands

The initiative is part of a 10-year national policy called Our Living Islands, which aims to revitalize about 30 remote islands off the country's coast and make them sustainable, vibrant communities. The grant recipients are expected to either become permanent residents of the island or rent the renovated house out. There are no residency requirements for purchasing properties in Ireland, meaning anyone from a different country can apply for this grant.
