Sanjay Shah, CEO of Vistex, fell to his death during the company's anniversary party in India after a cable holding up an iron cage he was performing in snapped, causing him and a colleague to plunge 15 feet to the ground. Shah succumbed to his injuries while his colleague remains in a serious condition.
