Ukraine's Air-Raid Shelters Found Unusable and Locked.

Nearly half of the bomb shelters in Kyiv inspected during an initial audit were closed or unfit for use, according to Ukraine's minister of strategic industries. President Volodymyr Zelenskiy ordered an inspection of all Ukrainian shelters after three people were killed in Kyiv when they were unable to access one during a Russian air strike. The inspections will continue as Russia has stepped up regular attacks on Kyiv since early May.
