UK Exposes Russian Cyberespionage Campaign Targeting Politicians and Journalists

The UK has accused Russia's main intelligence agency of attempting to hack the emails of British politicians and officials in order to interfere in the country's democratic processes. Foreign Office minister Leo Docherty stated that Russia has been targeting high-profile individuals and entities with the intention of using the obtained information to meddle in British politics.
