Russian President Vladimir Putin was seen stuttering while making false claims about General Zaluzhnyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, during an interview with military bloggers. Kremlin propagandists had previously spread fake news about Zaluzhnyi's death, which was quickly refuted by the general himself.
