"Pakistani Opposition Leaders Unite to Save Country After Election Split"

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari and PPP President Asif Ali Zardari met with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif to discuss political cooperation and government formation, agreeing in principle to work together to bring political stability to the country. The two parties will put forward proposals for cooperation in the Central Executive Committee meeting, and discussions also took place between PML-N and Muttahida Qaumi Movement - Pakistan (MQM-P) leaders regarding political cooperation.
