Man arrested after car crashes into gates of UK PM's home in Downing Street.

A man was arrested after driving a car into the gates of Downing Street, where the UK Prime Minister and other senior politicians reside. The incident is not being treated as terror-related, and there were no reports of injuries. The gates were erected in 1989 in response to threats from Irish Republican Army militants. The area was also targeted in 2017 when an extremist inspired by the Islamic State group killed four people with a vehicle on Westminster Bridge before stabbing a police officer to death outside Parliament.
