Mahua Moitra's Parliamentary Account Accessed 47 Times From Dubai: Ethics and Accountability in Question

Nearly 47 log-in attempts were made to Mahua Moitra's parliamentary account from Dubai, as she faces allegations of asking questions in return for bribes and favors from a Dubai-based businessman. Moitra admitted sharing her log-in credentials with the businessman but denied any pecuniary motivation. BJP MP Nishikant Dubey accused her of compromising national interest and demanded action against her for sharing her parliamentary portal log-in. The Ethics Committee is investigating the matter and has received assistance from the ministries of home and information technology. Moitra claims the allegations are orchestrated by the Adani Group due to her criticism of the conglomerate.
