Foreign Ministry Condemns Russian Collaborator's Plea and Diplomatic Provocation in Norway

Volodymyr Saldo, a collaborator and the so-called "head" of occupied Kherson Oblast, addressed Ukrainian soldiers in Ukrainian and asked them to "forget everything that happened" and unite to end the war. He expressed concern about the fate of Soviet monuments and claimed that the Ukrainian people are "scared." The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine has decided to confiscate part of Saldo's assets.
