Congress Accused of Selling Northeast to Foreign Country: Himanta Sarma

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma criticized the Congress party for allegedly expressing indifference towards the northeast in a social media post. Sarma accused the Congress of secretly selling the northeast region to a foreign country, pointing to an animated video shared by the party that featured a map of India with the northeast conspicuously absent. He called on people to take note of this act and give the Congress a befitting reply in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
