ANC Faces Legal Action as Mbalula Reveals Zuma's Withdrawal of Support

The African National Congress (ANC) plans to take legal action against uMkhonto weSizwe (MK), a newly-registered political formation named after the ANC's armed wing. ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula criticized the use of the name, stating that it belonged to the ANC and carried its rich history. There are suggestions that former president Jacob Zuma may be involved with the new party, but ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa expressed resignation about Zuma's political moves. Zuma is expected to announce his involvement with the newly-registered MK party on Saturday.
