Northern France Ravaged by 'Exceptional' Floods: Schools Closed, Trains Halted, and Injuries Reported

Dozens of towns in northern France have been hit by "exceptional" floods, with roads only passable by boats and schools closed. Two rivers, the Aa and the Liane, were placed on red alert for flooding, and more than 1,500 firefighters have been mobilized in the region. The floods, which come after Storm Ciaran, have caused significant damage and the red alert warning will remain in place until Wednesday evening.
