Northeastern China continues to be hit by heavy rain and flooding in the aftermath of Typhoon Doksuri, resulting in more fatalities, missing people, and the evacuation of thousands. Jilin province has experienced five consecutive days of rainfall, leading to six deaths and four missing individuals. In Heilongjiang province, farms have been inundated, streets flooded, and over 53,000 people evacuated. The region's record-breaking rainfall has also affected Hebei province, where fresh rainstorm alerts were issued. The death toll in Baoding city has reached 10, with 18 people still missing.
