Tokyo hit by 5.4 magnitude earthquake, minor injuries reported.

A 5.4 magnitude earthquake hit Chiba prefecture, southeast of Tokyo, causing minor damage and injuring four people. No tsunami warning was issued. Japan is prone to earthquakes, and a massive quake in 2011 caused a tsunami that killed thousands and led to a nuclear disaster at the Fukushima plant.
