Dozens Buried in Deadly China Landslide

A landslide in a mountainous region of China buried 47 people in more than a dozen homes, resulting in at least nine deaths. Rescue efforts are hindered by snow, icy roads, and freezing temperatures, with about 500 people evacuated from the area. Video and images show first responders combing through debris in hopes of finding survivors, while two people have been pulled out from the rubble so far. The disaster struck just before 6 a.m., and the rescue operation is ongoing.
