Wagner Group forms military police to monitor Russian troops in Ukraine.

The Wagner Group is reportedly creating its own military police to enforce its rules and authority over rival Russian troops in occupied parts of Ukraine. The new force will be tasked with preventing theft, drunkenness, and other misconduct, as well as interrogating and catching saboteurs. Wagner founder Yevgeny Prigozhin has also criticized the Russian Defense Ministry's claims of success in the conflict, calling them lies and warning of a betrayal of Russian interests.
