China's state media has released new images of its most advanced aircraft carrier, the Fujian, showcasing its next-generation electro-magnetic catapult system. The domestically designed and built carrier is set to enhance China's naval capabilities with technology surpassing its predecessors, the Shandong and the Liaoning. The Fujian, which has not yet undergone sea trials, is expected to achieve combat readiness soon and is equipped with a launch system comparable only to the U.S. Navy's Ford-Class carriers.
