Hunter Biden Takes Legal Action Against Former Overstock CEO for Defamation

Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, has filed a defamation lawsuit against former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne, accusing him of spreading false statements that Biden sought a bribe from Iran. The lawsuit claims that Byrne knowingly published these false statements and also implied that Biden was responsible for the deaths of innocent civilians. This is part of Hunter Biden's more aggressive legal and public relations strategy, as he has also filed lawsuits against Rudy Giuliani, Garrett Ziegler, and the IRS. Republicans on Capitol Hill have been investigating Hunter Biden's bank records and foreign business dealings, but have yet to find evidence of an impeachable offense by the president.
