Russia's Attempted Destruction of Ukrainian Bombers and Putin's Concerns Over North Korea Deal

The Russian Air Force launched a drone strike targeting Ukrainian bombers in response to an attack on a Russian shipyard in Sevastopol. The attack on the shipyard, which reportedly used U.K.-supplied missiles, destroyed a Russian landing craft and damaged a submarine. The Ukrainian Air Force successfully defended against the drone strike, destroying all 17 drones. This is not the first time Russian forces have targeted the air base in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, but previous missile strikes were ineffective due to the Air Force's protective protocols.
