Reunited: Ukrainian Children Deported by Russia Return Home with Help from Charity.

Seventeen children, including the son and two daughters of a Ukrainian father, were returned to their parents in Kyiv after being "deported" to Russia from occupied Ukraine. Finland is sending three Leopard demining tanks to Ukraine, while Slovakia has delivered the first four of 13 MiG-29 fighters promised to Ukraine. Russia issued an arrest warrant for opposition activist Maxim Katz on charges of disparaging the military, and declared other activists and bloggers "foreign agents" amid efforts to muzzle criticism of Russia's action in Ukraine.
