USCIS to Hold Second Random Selection for FY 2024 H-1B Cap Registrations

USCIS will conduct a second random selection from previously submitted electronic registrations for the FY 2024 H-1B cap, as additional registrations are needed to reach the numerical allocations. Selected petitioners will be notified and eligible to file an H-1B cap-subject petition, with their myUSCIS accounts updated to include a selection notice.
