The First Reported Sighting of the Loch Ness Monster in History.

The legend of the Loch Ness monster began in 1933 when a local newspaper reported a couple's story about seeing an enormous animal rolling and plunging on the surface of the lake. Interest in the story grew and eventually became a media sensation. Despite many reported sightings and expeditions, efforts to find hard evidence or proof of the creature's existence have been unsuccessful. The famous photograph in 1934 was later revealed to be a hoax.
