Pope Francis to Leave Hospital After Surgery

Pope Francis is set to be discharged from Gemelli Hospital in Rome tomorrow morning following his recent abdominal surgery. The Director of the Holy See Press Office confirmed that the Pope's clinical course is proceeding normally and his blood test results are within the normal range. During his hospital stay, Pope Francis visited the children's cancer ward and presented each child with a Rosary and a book. He thanked the medical personnel for their professionalism and efforts to alleviate the suffering of others.
