From Japan to Mexico and Back: The Journey of Tokyo's Hottest Taco Truck

Furuya Yamato, a former corporate advertising worker, left Japan to live in Mexico and learn how to make authentic Mexican street tacos. After immersing himself in the culture and flavors of Mexico, he returned to Japan and opened Tacos 3hermanos, a popular food truck in Tokyo. Yamato's mission is to introduce the authentic taste of Mexico to Japan, sourcing ingredients from Mexico and making small tortillas by hand. Despite facing challenges, including a recent accident, Yamato's love for making tacos and connecting with people has driven his success, and he continues to share his passion for Mexican cuisine throughout Japan.
