King Charles has a fortune worth £600 million, almost double that of the late Queen's estimated £370 million. He carefully saved money from profits from his Duchy of Cornwall endeavor and became more frugal after his £17 million divorce from Princess Diana. His stewardship of the Duchy of Cornwall has seen it rapidly increase its profits to £25.4 million a year, with wealth of £1.04 billion. He also inherited nearly £22 billion in assets belonging to the Crown Estate after the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
