"Delhi's Cold Wave Intensifies as North India Shivers"

Northern India, including Delhi and Kashmir, is experiencing a severe cold wave with temperatures dropping below -5C in some areas. The cold has led to the partial freezing of water bodies, disrupted road and rail transport, and caused health issues, particularly in Delhi where pollution levels are also a concern. The Indian weather department has advised caution during travel and recommended staying indoors if possible.
