Giant Advent Calendar Transforms Town Hall into Holiday Wonderland

The town of Gegenbach, Germany, transforms its town hall into the 'world's largest' advent calendar each December, attracting over 100,000 visitors. This tradition, which began in the 1990s to boost winter tourism, features a new artwork behind each of the 24 windows, with past displays including works by Marc Chagall and Andy Warhol.
