Suspect in Australian Double Murder at Philippine Hotel Surrenders

A suspect in the killings of two Australians and their Filipino companion in a Tagaytay hotel has surrendered to Philippine police. The victims were found bound and murdered on July 10. The suspect, a former hotel employee, was identified through security footage and surrendered in his home province of Batangas. He allegedly committed the crimes in retaliation for being dismissed from his job and is facing charges of robbery and murder.
