Second Canadian Tourist Murdered in Southern Mexico's Oaxaca Region.

A Canadian tourist was shot dead in Puerto Escondido, a beach town in Mexico's southern state of Oaxaca. This is the second foreign tourist killed in the state in less than a week. The motive behind the killing is unknown. The victim was identified as Víctor Masson, 27. On Friday, a man from Argentina was seriously wounded in a machete attack in another coastal town in Oaxaca, and he died of his injuries on Monday.
