"NHS Failures Exposed: Necrophiliac Murderer Exploits Over 100 Morgue Bodies, Report Reveals"

An independent inquiry in the UK has found "serious failings" at hospitals that allowed a necrophiliac murderer, David Fuller, to abuse the bodies of over 100 women and girls for 15 years without being caught. Fuller, dubbed the "morgue monster," was already suspected in two sexually motivated killings when police discovered the extent of his offending in hospital morgues. The inquiry blamed management and governance failings, along with a lack of adherence to standard procedures. Fuller's abuse went unnoticed and unchecked, with senior officials allegedly aware of problems in the mortuary's operation as early as 2008. Fuller was given two whole-life sentences for the killings and a concurrent 12-year sentence for his other crimes.
