Authorities discover 8 bodies in Cancun resort while searching for missing individuals.

Eight bodies have been found dumped in Cancun, Mexico, as authorities search for missing people. The bodies were found in wooded lots and sinkhole ponds, and five of them were found at an abandoned building site. Three sets of skeletal remains were also found in a wooded area. More than 112,000 people are listed as missing in Mexico, and searches for clandestine grave sites have become common throughout the country. Drug cartels often use these sites to dispose of their victims.
