American Tourist Confesses to Raping and Murdering Fellow Tourist at German Castle

Troy Phillip Bohling, an American tourist, confessed to raping and murdering fellow US hiker Eva Liu near Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria, Germany. He pushed Liu down a ravine and strangled her with a belt before pushing her unconscious friend, Kelsey Chang, over the same ledge. Liu died from her injuries, while Chang survived. Bohling faces life in prison if convicted and also admitted to possessing child pornography. The trial is ongoing.
