An 82-year-old German man, who had received 24 prior convictions for drug dealing, has been given his "very last warning" by a court in Aurich, Germany, to avoid jail time if he receives a 26th conviction. The man had told the court that he was selling marijuana to earn more money than his retirement pension. The court opted not to send him to jail due to his health issues and the selling of marijuana being seen as a lesser offense than his previous convictions.
