Russian strike kills six in eastern Ukrainian city.

Ukraine reports that at least six civilians were killed in Kostyantynivka due to heavy Russian shelling, damaging 16 apartment blocks and other buildings. The city is near Bakhmut, where heavy fighting has been ongoing for months. Russia is striving to capture Kramatorsk and Slovyansk, two key cities, to complete its occupation of Donetsk region. On Saturday, Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said steps were being taken to ramp up ammunition production as Russia is running short of precision weapons. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky insists that his forces entrenched in ruined Bakhmut will not surrender the city.
