The Russian-installed head of the Donetsk oblast in Ukraine has imposed a five-hour curfew from 11pm to 4am on weekdays, banning civilians from the streets and public places. Denis Pushilin's decree also prohibits assemblies, rallies, and demonstrations without permission from the local military threat response headquarters. This comes after Pushilin implemented "military censorship" of postal mail and telecommunications. Meanwhile, Ukraine has started using a new naval route to bypass Russia's blockade of its Black Sea ports, with two ships successfully sailing the new route in the past week.
