Elderly Israeli captives plead for release in Hamas video

Hamas has released a video showing three elderly Israeli captives pleading for their release. The video, titled "Don't Let Us Grow Old Here," was posted by the Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, on its Telegram account. The captives, identified as Chaim Peri, Yoram Metzger, and Amiram Cooper, were taken to Gaza during Hamas attacks in October. In the video, Peri stated that they were being held with other elderly hostages with chronic illnesses and pleaded to be released with no conditions. Israeli media reported that the captives came from the Nir Oz kibbutz, which was targeted in the attacks. The release of the video has sparked outrage in Israel, and families of Israelis held captive by Hamas protested for their immediate release.
