The US Navy research vessel Petrel, once owned by Microsoft billionaire Paul Allen, partially tipped over at a dry dock in Scotland, injuring 33 people. The ship was dislodged by gusty winds and left at a 45-degree angle. Emergency response services, including 12 ambulances, an air ambulance, and three trauma teams, were deployed to the scene.
