Airline worker tragically sucked into plane engine at Texas airport, says NTSB.

An airline ground crew member was caught in a plane engine and died at the San Antonio International Airport. The incident happened after Delta Air Lines flight 1111 arrived from Los Angeles. The worker was employed by subcontractor Unifi Aviation. The NTSB is investigating the incident and has been in contact with Delta.
