ChatGPT Expands with Web Search Integration and DALL-E 3 Beta

OpenAI has officially launched the web search feature on ChatGPT, allowing users to browse the internet in real-time. This feature was initially introduced in beta in March but was temporarily pulled due to issues with displaying paywalled content. OpenAI has now fine-tuned the feature to adhere to content owners' instructions and is making it available to all Plus and Enterprise subscribers. In addition, OpenAI has integrated DALL-E 3, the text-to-image generator, into ChatGPT, enabling users to receive images as part of their text-based queries without switching between apps. OpenAI's goal is to transform ChatGPT into a fully integrated, real-time, multimedia generative search engine.
