"Android's Find My Device Network Expands with AirTag-like Trackers and Dead Battery Location for Pixel 8"

Google's Find My Device network for Android, which allows phones to track offline objects, will support AirTag-like trackers from Pebblebee and Chipolo starting in May 2024. Pebblebee's Tag, Card, and Clip units will ship in late May, with pre-orders available now, while Chipolo's One Point and One Card will start shipping on May 27. The delayed release is attributed to Apple's implementation of tracking protections into iOS, which is set to arrive in iOS 17.5.
