Kyle Busch dominates at St. Louis to secure third RCR victory.

Kyle Busch won his third NASCAR Cup Series race of the season at Gateway, leading the final 60 laps and holding off several challengers on late-race restarts. Busch's victory was his first at the 1.25-mile oval after losing the inaugural Cup event there last year. Meanwhile, substitute driver Corey LaJoie finished 21st in the Hendrick Motorsports car he was driving in place of the suspended Chase Elliott, while Erik Jones' front tire changer Thomas Hatcher was taken to hospital after a pit road incident.
