Trump Co-Defendant in Georgia Election Case Faces Bail Revocation Hearing

A judge in Atlanta is set to hear arguments on whether to revoke the bond of Harrison Floyd, one of former President Donald Trump's co-defendants in the Georgia election case. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis filed a motion alleging that Floyd has been attempting to intimidate and contact witnesses and co-defendants in violation of his release terms. Floyd's attorneys argue that the allegations are without merit and retaliatory. The charges against Floyd relate to allegations of harassment towards a Fulton County election worker falsely accused of election fraud. Four defendants have pleaded guilty in the case, while Trump and others have pleaded not guilty.
