North Carolina Democratic Representative Tricia Cotham has reportedly switched to the Republican Party, giving the GOP a veto-proof majority against the Democratic governor. Cotham's reason for flipping is unclear, but she recently came under fire from her Democratic colleagues for skipping a vote to override North Carolina Gov.
