Federal Prosecutor Affirms No Interference in Hunter Biden Probe

Estrada stated that Delaware prosecutors running the Hunter Biden probe have long had the authority to file charges in California. He offered administrative support and office space to Weiss, the Trump-appointed U.S. attorney for Delaware, but declined to "co-counsel" on the case due to limited resources. Estrada also revealed that his office authorized two prosecutors from Weiss' Delaware office to work as "special U.S. attorneys" in central California. The Hunter Biden probe spans multiple jurisdictions, and while Weiss has charged Biden with gun crimes in Delaware, no tax charges have been brought so far.
