The 13,000-square-foot home, located on Rubenstein's 14-acre compound, offers luxurious amenities such as guest houses, a tennis court, a hot tub, and a pool. Biden's visit to Nantucket includes celebrating his 81st birthday and attending the annual tree lighting ceremony. Rubenstein, a friend of the Bidens, has been offering his property for their Thanksgiving celebrations since at least 2021. The visit comes after the White House helped broker a temporary cease-fire deal between Israel and Hamas for the release of hostages.
