Tragic Pennsylvania Flash Flooding Claims Lives and Leaves Children Missing

Five people have died and a baby and his sister are still missing after heavy rain and flash flooding hit suburban Pennsylvania over the weekend. The victims, including a mother and two adult women, were found outside their cars in an area where the water level was about five feet above ground. Eight people were rescued from their vehicles and two were rescued from a nearby creek. Search teams have resumed operations to find the missing children. Forecasters have warned of potential flash floods and tornadoes in parts of the Northeastern United States.
