They claim that Bankman-Fried's access to necessary documents is limited due to being in jail, as the documents are only accessible online. The defense team also raised concerns about the Department of Justice's ongoing discovery productions, requesting that any documents produced after July 1 be blocked due to insufficient time for review. Bankman-Fried's trial on multiple charges is scheduled to begin in October.
